1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bible Journey (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bible Journey is a Christian educational platform that provides:

• Holy Spirit-inspired Bible search and study tools
• Liturgical calendar and daily readings
• Sunday School lessons for children
• Community Bible study and discussions
• Coloring pages and educational activities
• Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using email/password or third-party authentication (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Age Requirements

Users under 13 must have parental consent to create an account. We comply with COPPA regulations for children's privacy.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide access to exclusive features including:

• Unlimited Holy Spirit-inspired Bible search
• Advanced study tools
• Coloring page generation
• Ad-free experience
• Priority support

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing is handled by these platforms according to their terms of service. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions across platforms.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Play Store).

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Contact the platform directly for refund requests. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after you've been notified. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the original price for the current billing period.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Content You Post

You may post content including interpretations, comments, and prayer requests. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains explicit sexual content
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates the privacy of others

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5.4 Community Guidelines

Bible Journey is a Christian community. We expect respectful, edifying discussions that honor biblical principles. While theological diversity is welcome, content must be presented with grace and charity.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Bible Journey and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6.2 Bible Text

We use the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which is in the public domain. Other translations may be subject to copyright and used under license.

6.3 Spirit Intelligence-Generated Content

Content generated by Spirit Intelligence (Bible interpretations, lessons, coloring pages) is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for theological accuracy, Spirit-guided content should be reviewed by qualified teachers and pastors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bible Journey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content. Some provisions of these terms survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bible Journey regarding the use of the App.
