How do I create an account?

You can create an account by signing up with email/password, or using Google or Apple Sign-In. Simply tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen and follow the prompts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Play Store:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Bible Journey → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Bible Journey → Cancel Subscription

What's included in the Premium subscription?

Premium subscribers get:

• Unlimited Holy Spirit-inspired Bible search
• Advanced study tools and resources
• Coloring page generation for kids
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support
• Offline access to saved content

How do I request a refund?

Refunds must be requested through the platform where you purchased:

Which Bible translation do you use?

We primarily use the King James Version (KJV). We're working on adding support for additional translations including NIV, ESV, and NKJV.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your password is encrypted, and we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can children use this app?

Yes! Bible Journey is family-friendly and includes content specifically for children ages 4-12, including Sunday School lessons, animated episodes, and coloring pages. Users under 13 require parental consent per COPPA regulations.

How does Spirit Intelligence Bible search work?

Our Holy Spirit-inspired search uses Anthropic's Claude (Spirit Intelligence) to understand your questions in natural language. Instead of searching for keywords, you can ask questions like "What does the Bible say about forgiveness?" and receive relevant verses with explanations and discussion questions.

Can I use the app offline?

Premium subscribers can save content for offline access. Free users need an internet connection for Spirit Intelligence features, but can view previously loaded content while offline.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the app and go to Settings
2. Scroll to "Account" section
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

Or email us at support@mybiblejourney.co with your request. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

I found inappropriate content. How do I report it?

You can report inappropriate community content by:

• Tapping the "Report" button on any post or comment
• Emailing us at support@mybiblejourney.co

Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
